Jacqui Falco, MSN, BA, RN, NCSN

Co-Founder, School Nurse Compass

Jacqui Falco is a school health leader dedicated to eliminating the clinical isolation that frontline school nurses face every day. Bringing over 20 years of professional experience across clinical education, healthcare leadership, and operations, Jacqui was recognized for her exceptional dedication to student health as the Massachusetts School Nurse of the Year.

Currently serving as a School Nurse within the Massachusetts public school system, Jacqui also serves as a consultant for district-wide initiatives, navigating advanced case management and systemic health strategies. A trusted voice in the school health community, Jacqui has been a featured speaker at Massachusetts School Nurse Organization (MSNO) conferences and maintains active memberships in both MSNO and the National Association of School Nurses (NASN).

Jacqui holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Health Care Leadership from the University of New Hampshire, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Regis College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Emmanuel College. She is a Nationally Certified School Nurse (NCSN) and is uniquely certified by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) as both a School Nurse and a School Nurse Administrator. Her diverse foundational career includes acute care in Medical-Surgical and Cardiac units, alongside corporate experience as a Training Manager for Provant, Inc.

Through School Nurse Compass, Jacqui leverages her extensive veteran experience to provide school nurses with the reliable, 24/7 accessible clinical information they need to practice with absolute confidence.

Karlee Dana, MSN, BA, RN

Co-Founder, School Nurse Compass

Karlee Dana is a veteran school nurse and clinical leader who deeply understands the heavy responsibilities and structural isolation of managing a school health room. Blending intensive pediatric clinical care with advanced healthcare leadership training, Karlee is passionate about translating complex school health guidelines into practical, frontline solutions.

In her current role as a School Nurse, Karlee also serves as a consultant for district-wide initiatives, actively working to support systemic nursing needs and streamline case management across her public school district. Her expertise has earned her recognition as a featured speaker at the Massachusetts School Nurse Organization (MSNO) conference. She is also a committed member of both MSNO and the National Association of School Nurses (NASN).

Karlee earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Health Care Leadership from the University of New Hampshire, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Studies from Providence College. She is certified by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) as a School Nurse. Before dedicating her career to school health, Karlee built her clinical precision in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Hasbro Children’s Hospital, with additional experience at Boston Children’s Hospital. She also gained valuable organizational insight as a Senior Specialist in Client & Business Event Marketing.

At School Nurse Compass, Karlee marries her clinical, psychological, and business background to build accessible, immediate tools that support school nurses when they need it most.
